, you will lead and motivate your team, manage safety protocols, ensure quality standards, maintain productivity levels, and collaborate with support teams. You will oversee up to 80 associates and drive department‑level improvements supporting Amazon’s fulfillment operations.

• Lead and motivate a team of up to 80 associates
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Collaborate with support teams to develop business plans
• Diagnose performance gaps and implement improvements
• Manage a dynamic work environment with variable conditions

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in process improvement and lean techniques
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Competitive salary range:
75,000.00 –  CAD annually
