Construction Project Manager, Environmental Remediation
Construction Project Manager with experience in environmental remediation specifically to petroleum tank removal is required for a highly recognized and respected corporation. Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a numerous construction projects involving petroleum, commercial and industrial operations for their Environmental Remediation Division. This position requires a "hands-on" leader with strong organizational skills who has the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of TSSA regulations and Ontario Regulation 406 (On-Site and Excess Soil Management) is highly valued. The successful candidate will also bring P&L management experience, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while supporting overall business performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience in concrete, aggregate, gravel, or construction industries.
- Consultant experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of TSSA regulations and Ontario Regulation 406.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, Power BI an asset).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliver successful projects.
- Familiarity with Ontario construction regulations and safety standards.
