Position: Leadership Role in Children's Services at CLH
Join Community Living Hamilton as the Senior Manager, Client Services to lead children’s respite and community outreach programs. Drive strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and community engagement.

This leadership position seeks experienced candidates with a minimum of ten years in social services, including significant managerial experience. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation while focusing on promoting client inclusion and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage oversight of Children’s Respite and Outreach services

• Build effective partnerships with community organizations

• Design and implement impactful programs for service enhancement

• Conduct quality assurance and improvement activities

• Mentor team members for optimal growth and performance

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant discipline;
Post Graduate preferred

• Ten years in the not-for-profit sector with five in management

• Familiarity with MCCSS regulations

• Proven success in program development for special needs

• Proof of Full COVID-19 Vaccination
