Position: Manager of Recreation Programs at Thrive Group
Lead recreational and volunteer services er's Residence in Chedoke. This managerial role focuses on developing quality programs to enhance residents' well-being.

As the Manager of Recreation and Volunteer Services, you'll report directly to the Administrator while overseeing leisure programs, managing student placements, and enhancing volunteer services. Your leadership will engage community partnerships to ensure that all programs meet residents' needs and elevate service quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage recreational programs for residents

• Oversee volunteer and student placements for service

• Maintain community relationships to recruit participants

• Ensure documentation and screening for volunteers

• Implement tailored programs based on resident needs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in Recreation or related field

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in LTC settings

• Knowledge of Long Term Care Homes Act

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Valid driving license required
