Lead the Cultural Program at LLRIB, serving the La Ronge community with effective cultural service delivery. This managerial position emphasizes health knowledge, communication, and strategic planning.
The Cultural Program Manager oversees the Cultural Program Team for the LLRIB community, ensuring adherence to Woodland Cree traditions and community health goals. You'll utilize strong leadership and program management skills to supervise, plan, and evaluate cultural initiatives. Reports and quality monitoring are integral to ensure services fulfill community needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct the Cultural Program Team
• Ensure adherence to Woodland Cree cultural practices
• Establish community health care goals with staff
• Monitor quality improvement measures for cultural services
• Prepare reports on program delivery and performance
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Indigenous Studies
• At least three years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with travel capability
