Manager for Epic Connect Program

Drive operational excellence and partnerships in healthcare as the Manager of the Epic Connect Program at Mackenzie Health. This role prioritizes relationship management and governance, ensuring successful site operations.

You will report to the Director, Projects & Partnerships, and serve as a key contact for Epic Connect sites. The position demands a blend of project management and leadership in a healthcare environment, managing financial processes, operational metrics, and enhancing collaborative relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate relationships with Epic Connect site leaders

• Monitor corporate dashboards and performance indicators

• Support financial and administrative oversight of Connect sites

• Create communication materials for stakeholders

• Oversee project management for Epic Connect initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in health or business administration

• Minimum 3-5 years in healthcare environments

• 5 years of relevant project management experience

• Proven leadership in acute care settings

• Strong conflict management and organizational abilities
