As VP, Solution Delivery, you will lead customer-facing services and enhance our SaaS platform's offerings. This P&L role involves managing team dynamics while partnering with finance to build operational excellence, ensuring high standards in client interactions. Additionally, oversee training and development for implementation and support teams to foster a culture of accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the P&L for Solution Delivery services
• Lead onboarding and managed services teams
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for unified client interactions
• Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Serve as an executive escalation point for large accounts
Requirements:
• 10+ years in a service delivery leadership role
• Experience in a life sciences services environment
• Strong background in Business or Engineering
• Proven track record in scaling organizations
• Excellent relationship management capabilities
