Position: Cultural Services Manager LLRIB
Join LLRIB as a Cultural Services Manager, focusing on enhancing community health through cultural program initiatives in La Ronge. This role requires a blend of management, communication, and Indigenous knowledge.

As the Cultural Services Manager, you will guide the Cultural Program Team in delivering services that align with community health plans and Woodland Cree traditions. Your supervisory experience and communication skills will help you effectively manage program operations and ensure quality improvements while providing strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Cultural Program Team

• Ensure compliance with Woodland Cree cultural practices

• Develop community health goals collaboratively

• Initiate and monitor quality improvement strategies

• Provide regular performance reports and updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Indigenous Studies or related field

• Minimum three years of management experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

• Strong communication and public relations skills

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with travel ability
