Reporting to the Superintendent of Surface Operations, this General Supervisor role focuses on managing mining and construction activities. You will be responsible for upholding safety standards and improving operational performance. Engage with subcontractors and supervise staff to meet production benchmarks aligned with organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise surface operations and construction activities

• Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures

• Mentor supervisors in effective management techniques

• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations

• Support logistical arrangements with contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

• 5 to 10 years in supervisory roles

• Experience in open pit mining is advantageous

• Excellent interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
