Are you the one we’re looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Relief Youth Worker who demonstrates our values of compassion, accountability, responsiveness, and empowerment to our clients, families, and each other.
The Relief Youth Worker provides in-person programming at two locations - creating a safe, engaging environment for youth ages 13-18. Programming includes social and recreational programming (primarily basketball), homework support, and referrals, fostering improved youth outcomes and a better sense of community. We are seeking a candidate with flexible availability.
This position is a unionized, relief position. The rate of pay is $19.26 per hour. This position could entail working evening hours – specifically Monday to Friday, 5:45 pm to 9:15 pm, and Summer hours of 4:45 pm to 8:15 pm.
