Position: Hamilton Adult Day Program Volunteer Role
Become a volunteer at the Hamilton Adult Day Program, where you can support adults and seniors through therapeutic activities that enrich their lives. This role focuses on enhancing their well-being through physical and social interaction.

Volunteers are needed to help at Delta United Church from Monday to Friday during designated shifts. You will assist in participants' engagement in activities designed to improve their mental, emotional, and social aspects of life. This fulfilling mentorship role empowers you to build solid relationships and guide participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and takedown of necessary equipment

• Manage lifting of items like tables and chairs as needed

• Collaborate with staff during program activities

• Provide guidance to participants throughout the programs

• Serve as a positive role model and source of encouragement

Requirements:

• Must complete background or police records check
