Community Outreach and Program Director

You will oversee Children and Youth Programming and enhance community outreach by connecting the Hamilton Jewish community through engaging year-round programs. This position is fundamental in evaluating existing programs and fostering innovative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess Camp Kadimah’s business model through analysis
• Create new partnerships and opportunities in programming
• Expand community outreach for diverse members
• Train and manage staff in program delivery
• Develop and evaluate program curricula and standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Jewish Communal Service or similar fields
• 5+ years in relevant program planning experience
• Strong budgeting and business development skills
• Proficient communication capabilities
• Deep understanding of Jewish culture and traditions
Lead impactful change and enrich the community through innovative programming at the JCC in Hamilton.
