CityKidz Community Connection Volunteer

Make a difference as a Community Connection Volunteer with City Kidz, where your role will involve direct interactions with underprivileged children and their families in Hamilton. Help foster positive relationships and inspire hope through community visits.

City Kidz seeks dedicated individuals who can connect deeply with children and their families, supporting them in City Kidz programs. You will work in pairs, visiting homes, sharing vital program information, and embodying the organization’s core values in your outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage families within specified neighborhoods

• Instruct children on key positive messages

• Share program updates and vital information

• Abide by City Kidz home visit policies

• Be a visible ambassador of faith, hope, and love

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older

• Experience working with children preferred

• Strong community ties in Hamilton preferred

• Demonstrated responsibility and initiative

• Multi-language skills are a plus
