Part-Time Family Ministries Pastor

Lead the children and family ministry at Level Church in Stoney Creek, Ontario, with a part-time role focused on spiritual growth and community engagement. Equip families to encounter Jesus through worship and discipleship.

As the Family Ministries Pastor, you will be instrumental in nurturing children and families at Level Church. Your responsibilities include empowering volunteers, engaging parents, and creating meaningful ministry programming. You’ll cultivate relationships that strengthen the Christian character and mission of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cast vision for kids’ ministry encouraging encounters with Jesus

• Recruit, onboard, and train ministry volunteers

• Teach or assist in Sunday children’s services

• Prepare resources for Sunday kids’ ministry

• Participate in church staff and leadership meetings

Requirements:

• Alignment with Level Church’s mission and values

• Reside in Hamilton area or willingness to relocate

• Strong initiative in ministry roles

• Effective communication skills

• Relevant education or experience in ministry
