Join Level Church in Stoney Creek, Ontario as a Family Ministries Pastor dedicated to enriching children's spiritual journeys and community connections. This part-time role fosters family engagement and ministry excellence.

In this position, you will lead the children's ministry by recruiting and equipping volunteers, partnering with parents, and developing worship, discipleship, and mission opportunities. Your leadership will help make level paths for families to encounter Jesus, ensuring a robust ministry team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead vision casting for engaging kids’ ministry

• Build relationships with parents and volunteers

• Oversee Sunday ministry scheduling and resources

• Conduct children’s dedication services

• Attend district and church leadership meetings

Requirements:

• Personal alignment with Level Church mission

• Live in Hamilton area or willingness to relocate

• Self-motivated with a growth mindset

• Good judgement and relationship-building skills

• Relevant education in ministry preferred
