Level Church Family Ministries Pastor

Lead and develop the Family Ministries at Level Church in Stoney Creek, Ontario by serving children and families through worship and discipleship. This part-time role emphasizes community and spiritual growth.

As Family Ministries Pastor, you will guide the ministry focused on children and families.

Your role includes recruiting volunteers, engaging with parents, and creating opportunities for impactful worship experiences. You will support spiritual formation within the community while fostering collaboration among staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a vision for impactful children’s ministry

• Recruit and train volunteers with necessary checks

• Prepare curriculum and resources for Sunday ministry

• Conduct child dedication services and engage families

• Attend weekly staff meetings and leadership retreats

Requirements:

• Strong alignment with Level Church’s mission

• Reside in Hamilton area or willing to move

• Initiative and strong interpersonal skills

• Effective communicator in ministry contexts

• Relevant education or experience encouraged
