Join One Arrow First Nation as a Program Coordinator to manage the Indian Residential School & Survivors Secretariat Project. Lead efforts in community outreach and Survivor-focused initiatives.
The full-time role requires a University Diploma and 3-5 years of related experience. You will coordinate project operations, implement key activities, and support community engagement while ensuring confidentiality and cultural integrity. This position offers an opportunity to effect real change through respectful reconciliation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the logistics of project activities
• Coordinate with staff and community partners
• Assist in fulfilling reporting requirements
• Engage effectively with Survivors and community members
• Support culturally sensitive initiatives and memorial planning
Requirements:
• Must hold a University Diploma
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of reconciliation practices
• Commitment to maintaining cultural integrity
