What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop sales objectives and strategies in alignment with organizational goals and territory targets
  • Acquire new customers/accounts and achieve or surpass sales quotas within the fiscal year
  • Present and sell company products and services through daily customer visits
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients in the continuum of care
  • Assist in resolving customer problems and ensure satisfactory clinical performance of products
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • University/College diploma in business
  • 1-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to meet/exceed forecasts, budgets, and schedules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Broad knowledge of the Medical Device Industry
  • Experience guiding customers through the learning curve of novel products/procedures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for business purposes
