Business Development Representative; Entry-Level in Stoney Creek

Centi Mark Ltd. is actively hiring a full-time entry-level Business Development/Estimator Representative in Stoney Creek, Ontario! The Business Development/Estimator Representative will help support the regional sales team in marketing and provide estimating support to further grow our roofing services throughout the Golden Horseshoe Area.

This position offers a multi‑level opportunity to learn, grow and succeed with the company. All employees who have taken this approach have been successful with continued growth in many different positions within the company. Hands‑on training will be provided. The duties for this position would include working in the field for at least 3–6 months to learn the industry. (Duration depends on ability to perform and knowledge of products and systems).

After that, you would move into a business development position using our proven marketing system to generate opportunities for the sales staff. The duties for this position would include data entry, business‑to‑business cold calling and performing roof inspections. You will market to targeted accounts and work with the branch sales team in Stoney Creek, Ontario.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work in the field (on a flat roof) for at least 3–6 months to learn the trade. (Duration depends on ability to perform and knowledge of products and systems)
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing is an asset
• Must show positive work ethics and a strong ability to self‑motivate
• Must be comfortable making 20–30 calls a day
• Must possess the ability to work both within a team environment as well as individually
• Past sales or marketing experience is an asset
• Must be well organized with solid time management skills
• Strong communication & writing skills
• Good relationship building skills
• Excellent follow‑up skills
• Valid Driver’s License is required
