At Ebbett Hamilton BYD, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to help us keep building momentum. This role is about growth - real growth - not managing inbound leads or waiting for things to happen.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing new business opportunities across fleet, corporate, and strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with our sales leadership team, but you’ll own your patch and be trusted to run it properly.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, and turning opportunity into results.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively getting in front of businesses and decision‑makers
  • Building long‑term relationships, not just transactional deals
  • Creating opportunities and seeing them through from first conversation to delivery
  • Positioning BYD as a smart, credible, long‑term choice for modern businesses
  • Managing your own pipeline and delivering measurable results
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development, fleet, or B2B sales
  • Someone who knows how to build business, not just talk about it
  • Comfortable working autonomously and backing your own judgement
  • Commercially sharp, organised, and accountable
  • Automotive or fleet experience is an advantage, but not essential
