About the Role

Are you a high-performing Enterprise Sales Professional who thrives on winning large, complex deals? We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead growth within Canada’s Retail and Hospitality sectors. This is a high-impact role managing relationships with major enterprise clients and delivering a portfolio of advanced IT hardware solutions that power the future of customer operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of top enterprise retail and hospitality accounts
    , including major national brands.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle
    —from prospecting and executive engagement to negotiation and closing multimillion‑dollar opportunities.
  • Position Epson’s IT hardware solutions (POS, mobility, print, scan, projection) as essential to clients’ daily operations.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Technical Sales and Product Management to develop tailored, value‑driven proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets and performance metrics.
  • Build long‑term, trusted relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Represent Epson at industry events, trade shows, and reseller seminars
    .
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, reports, and CRM data to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of enterprise IT hardware sales experience
    , preferably in retail or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving growth in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Strong network and relationships with senior decision‑makers in large organizations.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure
    , including POS systems, business printers, scanners, and display solutions.
  • Strategic, consultative, and competitive approach to sales.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel within Canada as required.
