Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth, retention, and achieve performance targets

Develop tailored solutions and personalized strategies to meet each client’s unique needs

Create and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to attract and engage target markets

Represent the company at networking events and client meetings to generate leads and close new business opportunities

Maintain and refine a proactive prospecting and sales plan to ensure consistent pipeline development and revenue growth

Qualifications

RIBO License required

At least 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance sales or 3+ years of Personal Lines Sales if interested in transition towards Commercial Lines

Experience in outbound insurance sales is a huge asset

Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Experience with Epic system is ideal
