Hays recruitment is working with amercial cleaning and janitorial services to find a Sales Representative to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is full time hours, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start.
Your new role
Proactively identify, target, and secure newmercial clients and service contractsDrive revenue growth by expanding service offerings within existing client accountsConduct ongoing prospecting, including outreach, sales calls, client meetings, and timely follow-upsPrepare accurate quotes, proposals, and service agreementsMaintain organized and up‑to‑date sales records, reports, and CRM dataManage sales‑related administrative and office tasks to support daily operationsCollaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clientsWhat you'll need to succeed
A high‑energy, results‑driven sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environmentSelf‑motivated with strong initiative and a sense of ownership over your workConfident and capable when ites to prospecting, negotiating, and closing dealsAn exceptionalmunicator with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skillsHighly organized and able to efficiently manage administrative aspects of the sales processProfessional, dependable, and always focused on delivering an excellent client experienceExperienced in B2B or service‑based sales (experience in the cleaning/janitorial industry is a plus, but not required)What you'll get in return
