What You Will Do
Works directlywith the Sales Representativeto help plan, direct, and coordinate the sale of Stryker products to physicians. Must performin accordance withbudgetedobjectivesand obtain maximum profitability and volume in relation to pre-set standards. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Endoscopy and Sports Medicine Sales team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values.
Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation

Promotion and sale of Stryker products
Educates and informs doctors, nurses, andappropriate staffpersonnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products
Directs product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings
Mayassistin the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
Keeps Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Sales informed of territory progress on a regular basis
Solves product problems for customers inan expeditiousfashion
Manages andmaintainsa sample inventory of products
Has the necessary authority to execute above mentioned job responsibilities, and will have authority to carry out specific responsibilities defined by quality system documents
Has authority to recommend andinitiatepreventative and correction actionwith regard toproduct non-conformances and quality system activities

What You Need
Required:
University Degree
Preferred:
Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in ahealth relateddiscipline, science, or kinesiology
1+ years of outside sales experience
Additional Information
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations.
Must have a valid driver's license
$60,000and may be eligible to earn variable commission + benefits.
