This position requires at least 2 years of sales experience and strong communication skills. You will receive comprehensive training, earning potential through commissions, and support to excel in your sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect basements, crawlspaces, and foundations at homeowners' locations
• Diagnose issues and present tailored solutions to clients
• Build relationships through warm leads provided by the company
• Use technology to design and develop customer contracts
• Engage with homeowners in a positive and professional manner
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in B2C or in-home settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude for technical assessments
• Attention to detail and app-savvy
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
