This key role requires you to maintain ongoing contact with AHL Members, ensuring their needs are met while implementing strategies to enhance retention rates. Candidates should have 2-3+ years in professional sales/service settings, bringing a high level of integrity, customer care, and resilience. You will also be responsible for addressing member inquiries and creating unique experiences tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly and yearly customer retention goals
• Enhance member experiences through relationship management
• Create and implement effective service strategies for revenue
• Conduct client meetings, both virtually and face-to-face
• Process member requests across various communication platforms
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 2-3+ years in sales/service, ideally in sports/entertainment
• Strong professionalism and ability to manage sensitive data
• CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce
• Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
