Pursuit Manager in Building Design

Drive business success as a Pursuit Manager in Stantec’s Toronto office, focusing on high-stakes design projects and comprehensive proposal management.
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of significant pursuits within Stantec’s Buildings division. Collaborating closely with various leaders, you will craft and execute on dynamic proposal strategies that address client needs and industry challenges. Your contributions will be critical in enhancing win rates and fostering collaborative relationships across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies for high-profile pursuits

• Develop win themes that resonate with clients

• Oversee key research activities pre-RFP

• Ensure proposals are compelling and compliant

• Facilitate preparation for client presentations
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent

• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience

• A/E/C industry exposure is advantageous

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced knowledge of proposal management tools
