In this position, your primary responsibility will be conducting on-site evaluations of basements and foundations to diagnose issues. Candidates must have at least two years of sales experience and a knack for mechanical assessments. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are pivotal for preparing customer contracts using technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess basements and foundations in various weather conditions
• Recommend tailored solutions based on inspection results
• Create customer contracts with attention to detail
• Engage with warm leads and provide excellent service
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork and positive energy
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably B2C
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude for conducting assessments
• Proficiency with computer applications
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
