In this vital role within the Customer Service team, you'll identify new sales opportunities, handle order entries, and build strong customer relationships. Your proficiency in managing inquiries while providing accurate quotations will directly influence overall team success. You will also excel in tracking leads and fostering collaboration between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master product knowledge to enhance sales interactions
• Process customer orders and ensure accuracy
• Proactively follow up with leads to drive sales
• Maintain a detailed customer record system
• Serve as a liaison between Customer Service and Outside Sales
Requirements:
• 18 years or older with legal status to work in the US
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required
• At least 2 years in a customer service role desired
• Fluent English communication abilities both verbally and in writing
• Capability to use Microsoft Office tools efficiently
