This role involves actively promoting various Heavy Equipment parts and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. As an Outside Parts & Service Representative, you are expected to develop and maintain relationships with clients, assist in increasing service profitability, and manage after-sales follow-up. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving sales performance within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop customer relationships to increase satisfaction
• Conduct monthly visits to clients to discuss performance
• Maintain records on customer interactions and sales
• Prospect new customers to expand market reach
• Collaborate with Parts & Service departments for better results
Requirements:
• Experience in sales, particularly in outside roles
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Capability to devise and implement sales strategies
• Familiarity with Heavy Equipment products
• Openness to training and skill development
