Duties & Responsibilities
Sell both New and Used material handling equipment within the designated Area Of Responsibility (AOR).
Travel entire AOR to effectively cover all current and prospect-account locations.
Be fully engaged with growing our customer base by:
Growing our share of our existing customer base’s
Acquiring new customers
Identifying Key Strategic Customers (existing & new), and executing a growth plan
Building relationships
Keep current on customers’ business activities and changing needs.
Prepare and maintain customer status reports including (but not limited to):
Sales call activities
Customer Lists (both current and prospect accounts)
Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for your AOR.
Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models.
Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage travel requirements and expenses in a timely manner.
Other projects/duties as required.
