This position excludes account management and instead focuses on rapid dealer penetration, contract growth, and delivering impactful training. You will have the autonomy to drive your territory and focus on building lasting partnerships that push revenue and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Secure new dealer partners across Ontario swiftly
• Elevate existing account performance and contract growth
• Expand product mix for enhanced store revenues
• Provide in-store training to boost F&I outcomes
• Identify and convert underperforming rooftops into leading dealers
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in automotive sales or F&I
• Established dealer relationships in Ontario
• Proven skills in closing and prospecting
• Energetic and competitive, driven by targets
• Understand dealership performance metrics and profitability
