As an Account Manager, you will engage with Business Members, providing expert guidance to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Focus on loan and mortgage sales, and meet your targets through active community involvement.
Your role involves managing portfolios, underwriting commercial loans, and executing disciplined sales plans, making you pivotal to First Ontario’s strategic success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide members with expert financial advice and service
• Underwrite and manage commercial loan portfolios
• Conduct credit file reviews and ensure risk mitigation
• Identify sales opportunities and implement action plans
• Build networks and represent First Ontario in the community
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or related field
• 4-8 years in Business/Commercial banking experience
• 3-5 years in Commercial Real Estate underwriting
• Proven sales development in Commercial banking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
