Position: Licensed Realtor for New Home Sales

We are expanding our New Home Sales Team and seeking motivated and knowledgeable Licensed Realtors. You will be the primary contact for visitors, guiding clients through the buying process and conducting model home tours. This role requires strong relationship-building and communication skills to ensure exceptional service and education on home features and financing options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact at new home sales sites

• Conduct engaging home tours showcasing community features

• Guide clients from initial visit to closing

• Build lasting client relationships through follow-up

• Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements with clients

Requirements:

• Active Real Estate License in Ontario (RECO required)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Weekend availability for sales office hours

• Previous new home sales experience is a major asset
