Job Overview

TD Canada Trust’s Mobile Mortgage Sales Force is expanding and we are looking for proven sales professionals to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining customer relationships, targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence, and ultimately selling mortgage products to a broad customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of mortgage leads through targeted referrals and prospecting activities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customer and referral partners.
  • Use our sales management system to track pipeline, forecast, and close sales.
  • Participate in joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions with the Sales Manager.
  • Apply targeted sales training to enhance sales techniques and credit knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in the sales system.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales track record, preferably in mortgage or banking.
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to developing a client base.
  • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication a plus.
  • Post‑secondary education preferred.
