Hybrid Business Development Representative

In this full-time hybrid role, you will identify opportunities within the B2B sector, specifically targeting property managers, construction firms, and facility operators. Utilize your sales expertise to engage in outreach via various channels while maintaining CRM hygiene and preparing essential proposals to support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify outbound leads using multiple communication methods
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
• Prepare scopes and proposals with operational support
• Represent DW Security at networking events and client briefings
• Collaborate with HR for rapid mobilisation of new contracts
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Proficient in cold outreach and follow-up protocols
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong written communication skills and self-directed work ethic
