Rockcliff Auto is looking for a motivated, numbers-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Assistant Finance Manager / Sales Coordinator
. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, customer communication, sales, and is eager to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

We are looking for a self-motivated professional who is willing to learn, take initiative, and grow into a key role within our dealership.

• Assist the Finance Manager with financing applications and documentation
• Review customer information and lender requirements
• Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, text messages, and email
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and new leads to generate appointments and close deals
• Maintain accurate customer records and dealership databases
• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Support the sales team when required
• Coordinate with lenders, customers, and dealership staff
• Learn dealership financing, compliance, and automotive products
• Help improve customer satisfaction and retention

• Strong numerical and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, administration, or customer service preferred
• Interest in the automotive industry
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• G2 or G Driver's License (Mandatory)
• OMVIC License is an asset
• Candidates willing to obtain OMVIC certification are encouraged to apply
• Sales experience is an asset but not required
