Embark on a rewarding sales career at BOXX Modular as an Inside Sales Representative in Stoney Creek, ON. This full-time, office-based position focuses on nurturing leads and delivering first-class customer service. In this role, your primary focus will be managing customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and generating quotes.
Work closely with our Outside Sales team to identify leads and respond to routine requests. This role serves as a foundational step in a broader sales career within our agile company.
Key Responsibilities- Support sales team by creating proposals and documents
- Prioritize and manage customer requests effectively
- Provide product information to enhance sales
- Build new leads through proactive outreach
- Keep accurate records within CRM software
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 2 years in a sales or customer service role
- Strong computer skills and CRM proficiency
- Valid class five driver’s license required
- Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace
