Your role is pivotal in educating clients about home collections, upgrades, and financing options while ensuring exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for potential buyers

• Conduct model home tours to showcase features

• Guide clients throughout the buying process

• Build strong relationships through excellent service

• Write and negotiate purchase agreements

Requirements:

• Active Ontario Real Estate License (RECO required)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Confidence in sales and negotiation

• Availability to work weekends

• Previous new home sales experience is a major asset
