Become an Account Coordinator for Caudalie, focused on retail sales from July 2026 to January 2027. This role is all about motivating teams and achieving sales metrics in your territory.
Engaging directly in the field, you will drive sales through close interactions with store associates and management. Your efforts include training and motivating retailers while executing strategies and events to ensure success for the Caudalie brand. You'll uphold high standards and cultivate strong relationships throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales initiatives at assigned retail locations
• Train and influence in-store associates on the Caudalie brand
• Execute planned events to achieve designated sales targets
• Manage effective store visits and maintain professional standards
• Review and adapt sales plans based on performance analysis
Requirements:
• High school education is a must; bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in cosmetic retail or customer service is beneficial
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends
• Capacity to lift over 40 pounds daily
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
Your expertise in sales and customer service will help propel the Caudalie brand in the marketplace.
