As Vanta continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Senior Account Executive who excels in sales cycles and has a proven track record with a minimum of 4 years in a closing role. This position demands a mix of empathy, technical understanding of our solutions, and the ability to self-source leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify strategic business verticals for outreach

• Turn inbound inquiries into loyal Vanta customers

• Oversee and enhance the sales pipeline

• Communicate clear benefits of Vanta services

• Solicit feedback from prospects for product insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in closing roles

• Expertise in B2B SaaS, particularly in SMB and Mid-Market

• Strong self-sourcing and pipeline generation skills

• Proven ability to retain long-term customer relationships

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
