Key Responsibilities:
• Sell and promote tours and activities to visitors
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and email
• Build relationships with tour operators and guides
• Reconcile daily sales and provide administrative support
• Coordinate operations during busy cruise seasons
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in sales and customer service
• Strong written communication and math skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
