Key Responsibilities:

• Engage retail accounts consistently through calls and emails

• Build relationships to drive distribution and reorder rates

• Create excitement around product launches

• Host promotional events and educate retail teams

• Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience (preferably in CPG or cannabis)

• Skilled in consultative selling and high-volume calling

• Able to hit performance targets independently

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Familiarity with regulated retail environments
