Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Vehicle Salesperson for the New Car Vehicle Department. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle needs, providing information about different General Motors products, conducting test drives, negotiating pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers for future sales opportunities.

$70,000 to $120,000+ earning potential
5-day work weeks. NO SUNDAYS!!

Responsibilities
Follow-up on all leads from a variety of sources
Meet individual and department goals and targets
Promote new business by sourcing customers through prospecting and referral networks
Provide a superior experience for our customers to exceed their expectations
Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge (vehicle features and specifications)
Participate in product training when available
With Manager guidance, set goals for each month, and plan and organize how to reach those objectives
Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models and features
Online customer management
Position Requirements
Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience in automotive sales (OMVIC licence required)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to retain and build customer relationships
Highly motivated and hard working
