In this customer-focused role, you will leverage your sales skills to create tailored solutions for existing and prospective clients h your knowledge of telecommunications products and strong communication abilities, you will contribute positively to team goals and customer satisfaction. You will actively listen to customer needs, conduct troubleshooting for devices, and assist with account changes.

• Build tailored solutions using product knowledge

• Troubleshoot and resolve device issues promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Background in wireless telecommunications preferred
