We are currently hiring motivated and professional Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our team in the Hamilton area. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in fundraising and sales while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Represent respected Canadian charities through outreach fundraising campaigns
• Engage potential donors in meaningful conversations to inspire long‑term support
• Work as part of a team to achieve fundraising goals and uphold high standards of professionalism

• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset, but not required—we’ll train you!
