We are actively recruiting experienced Sales Representatives—no previous banking experience required!

As a Client Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for onboarding customers who have purchased a mortgage through our indirect mortgage salesforce. Your role will be to deepen customer relationships through the sale of banking solutions.

• Results focused, driven, with strong sales acumen and a love of meeting new people.
• Willing to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings, and available to meet customers at convenient times both in person and virtually.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build solid partnerships internally and externally.
• Possession of a driver’s license and access to personal transportation during working hours.

• You have proven experience excelling in a sales environment across any industry.

• You have effective time management and organization skills and are self‑driven.
