Key Responsibilities:
• Manage an outbound pipeline of mid-market accounts

• Qualify leads through discovery conversations
• Maintain accurate CRM records in Hubspot
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging
Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of outbound sales experience
• Degree in Business or Science preferred
• Excellent communication and outreach skills
• Ability to handle rejection and thrive on challenges
• Curiosity about chemical safety and compliance
