As a pioneer, you will take ownership of the sales funnel r responsibilities will include identifying key mid-market prospects and crafting personalized outreach messaging. You will also work closely with both potential clients and the Account Executive team while using Hubspot to track every interaction and feedback in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build a targeted outbound pipeline of mid-market clients
• Personalize outreach efforts via various communication channels
• Qualify leads through meaningful conversations
• Keep updated records in Hubspot CRM
• Work alongside marketing to enhance strategy
Requirements:
• 1–2+ years in outbound sales or BDR roles
• Relevant degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Resilience in facing rejection and challenges
• Genuine interest in chemical safety issues
