Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
• 5+ years in agricultural sales or technical agronomy
• Strong knowledge of crop protection and nutrition
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
